About Me

I am a licensed Marriage & Family therapist in the State of California, and am specialized in the treatment of mood disorders and addiction. I am enrolled in a Doctorate program at Sofia University, where I am researching the effects of group dream work on participants according to the Ullman method. I am very interested in the effects of dream work as they relate to people's well-being; I am particularly interested in lucid dreaming and its potential utility for working productively with nightmares.

I love dreams, dreaming and working with dreams. As a psychotherapist, I grab hold of any inroad to the unconscious. I believe in helping people seek a deeper truth, more meaning, greater self-awareness and penetrating insight. Dreams provide that golden inroad to the unconscious and to all of the above.
