Dr. Leslie Ellis is a dreamworker, therapist and author with a particular interest in embodied experiential approaches to dreams in a clinical context. Her book, A Clinician's Guide to Dream Therapy offers a primer in dream therapy to practicing psychotherapists. She has also written numerous articles, book chapters and presentations on the crossing for dreamwork and an embodied practice called Focusing, and has applied this approach to working with trauma-related nightmares. Dr. Ellis is past president of The International Focusing Institute and long-term member and frequent presenter for IASD. She offers online courses in dreamwork to clinicians and faciliates dreamwork and dream study for individuals and groups.
